The nocillo is the classical after-meal liqueur from the
Neapolitan gastronomic tradition. It is produced by macerating
some spices, herbs and the walnut husks, which according
to the tradition are to be harvested on June 24., day of Saint
John the Baptist , when they are not yet ripe.
The quality of the walnuts of Monte Somma, the choice of
an exceptional brown sugar, and at last the addition of the
distillate obtained from the maceration residue product make
